Toggle a GPO on an OU (Community)

Toggles a GPO on an OU, but it will give you enough code so that you can use it to remove a gpo, replace one gpo with another, or check for a gpo. It has mail notification built in that you can turn on and off. Tested on a W3K domain but should work on others.
