Error accessing Viva Insights Copilot Dashboard: 'Unable to connect to network'

Hi all,

I'm getting an error using Viva Insights when I access to Copilot dashboard: https://insights.cloud.microsoft/#/CopilotDashboard/

The following error message is displayed: "Unable to connect to network. Check your internet connection and then try again".

Obviously I have Internet connection, otherwise I couldn't reach that page.

With this error I can't see the Copilot adoption rate on Microsoft 365.

Anybody is in the same issue?

Do other users in your organization encounter the same issue?

Obviously I have Internet connection, otherwise I couldn't reach that page.

Can you access other websites?

If you can, it's suggested that you could try to reach that page on other computer to check if the issue persists.

Hi! Yes, other users in our organization had encountered the same issue. And yes, I can access to other websites.

@MChogo how many users do you have that are assigned Copilot for M365 licenses?

Part of the documentation I found for this while trying to figure this out for a customer mentions that "you'll only see aggregated insights when there are more than 25 active users"

The customer I'm working with only has 17 Copilot licenses on their tenant so it would be good to know if people having this problem are above or below the mentioned 25 minimum.

@Liam, thank you for your answer. I have less than 25 users currently, so that could be the problem. Nevertheless, the display error message could be better.By the way, where is the related documentation you found?

@MChogo That might be it. Error messaging could definitely be improved if this is indeed the cause.

I've got a ticket open with Microsoft Partner Support to get confirmation, I'll try to remember to update this thread with whatever their findings are when I get a reply.

The documentation I was referring to is the learn.microsoft site on Copilot Dashboard below.

Hey @MChogo , finally got an answer on this one from the 365 support team. As per the attached screenshot of their reply, looks like this feature is gated behind enterprise level user counts.
