How do I get access to Apps & Games in Partner Center with a work account?

Hello,

I am trying to access the Apps & Games dashboard on Partner Center, but without success.

When I try to access via direct link (https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/apps-and-games/overview), I am redirected to the main page of the Partner Center.

When I go to Programs and try to enroll in the Windows program with my Developer role account, I am asked to log in with a personal account.

This doesn't make sense.

In this question, there is a comment where a person with the username BenjiCare says they managed to access the Apps & Games dashboard using their work account, specifically using the "personal version" of their work account.

I would like you to explain the steps I need to follow to gain access to the Apps & Games dashboard with my work account, or how to access this "personal version" of my work account.
