Hi Team,

I have created a sharepoint site using its web parts. Once the quick links are configured and publised, for the first time the link will work with out refreshing the page. Once the page is refreshed, the links will stop working. I tried all the ways of connecting the pages to different site page and using "Open in new tab" option, still the behavior is same.

Need your help in fixing this issue. Not sure how do I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Mohammed Dawood ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

I found a thread similar to yours: One workaround is to rename the page that you’re attempting to add to the Quick Links. Delete the existing page name and manually re-type it.

If that doesn't work. Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1.You could try to clear browser cache then restart it. Sometimes cached data can cause unexpected behavior.

2.Try to use a different browser or your browser's InPrivate mode to see if the same error occurs.

3.Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.

4.Whether all SharePoint pages have the same problem? You could create a new SharePoint page to check.

5.Test if the issue is reproduced in another SharePoint site.
