I'am using azure ai content safety for image sensivity from the last 1 month it was working fine but today i found some of image result was not as expected, like i have sample.jpg image which severity level is 2 as hatefull content before, but today i got severity level 0 for same image.
Did you change the severity level? You can adjust the match severity levels and see if that solves the issue.
