    Based on the post, I understand that you want to get an ID of a form.

    1.Log in https://forms.office.com/ with your account.

    2.Click and open the form.

    3.Click the Collect response button and copy the long link. All characters after the 'id=' is the form ID.

    For example:

    The long URL is

    https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=yZFLZEkYq0u2diA-EcBkaD2CdS_bbhVMigOusKlT_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
