If you are a user within an organization, you need to contact the organization administrator to reset MFA for you through Entra ID.
For information on how to reset or delete MFA, please refer to Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication.
If you are the admin, you can check with another Global admin to do this for you. If you are the only admin, then you will have to reach out to the data protection team to help with access via phone.
