Urgent Help Needed: Unable to Cancel Subscription or Remove Payment Method

Hello Microsoft Community,

I'm facing a critical issue with my Azure subscription and I'm hoping someone can offer some guidance.

I signed up for Azure services for educational purposes and availed of the one-month free trial. However, upon the trial's expiration, I overlooked canceling the subscription. As a result, I was charged for subsequent months, which I promptly paid.

The problem arises now that I want to cancel my subscription and remove my payment method. Despite having paid all outstanding charges, my subscription status remains disabled, preventing me from taking any action. The billing page shows a due amount of $0 USD, indicating that all necessary charges have been settled.

Unfortunately, I am unable to send a support request through the Azure portal due to the disabled subscription status. Additionally, attempts to enable the subscription are futile as it displays a "due amount" error, despite there being no outstanding charges.

I am at a loss as to how to proceed and would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this issue promptly.

Thank you in advance for your help.
