Is it possible to disable the Hololens 2 in-built wrist menu?

I have created an application for the HoloLens 2 through Unity to be used by surgeons in assisting operations.

The application works well however during testing, the hand movements and actions of the surgeon can accidently, and frequently, bring up the in-built 'inner wrist tap' HoloLens menu. This pop up right in the center of the surgeons view is intrusive, distracting, and disrupts other activities, thus why I really want to migrate that action, to a button so that it is not coming up during normal hand movements and interactions of the surgeon.

Therefore is it possible to disable this menu, and migrate it to a separate button press in a menu I have created?

I already have a separate custom palm up menu that appears after a consistent palm up action for one second so could integrate the button into this.

Thank you in advance of your help.

Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, You can navigate to the Settings app -> System -> Start gestures to enable the options “Require the Start icon to be looked at when you tap it” and “Require the Start icon to be pressed for 2 seconds” to reduce false activations. However, this function doesn't have a separate button now.
