PowerShell: Rename Files Recursively (To Parent Folder Name)

How do I rename all files (especially photos) recursively to their parent directorywith an increasing number? This question is asked frequently in my personal environment, so I decided to create a PowerShell script for it. This script does the following: Get the path / location
