Here is a PowerShell script which you can use to identify the domain membership of remote computers . You can use a text file as an input file with all your computers names. This script generates 2 output files; Domain_Success_File.txt and Domain_Failed_File.txt.

The essence of this script is 'Active Directory Cleanup'. In its basic form, the script will disable and move computer objects that have not communicated with Active Directory in a specified number of days. It also has an option to restore any computers that were disabled.
