The other party sent me multiple messages in succession, but several of them were missing from the messages I received. As shown in the screenshot, the other party sent me a total of 14 messages, but 1&4&9&1&3 were missing from the messages I received.

I tried clearing the cache of Teams and reinstalling both the classic version and the new version of Teams. But it does not works.

I also tried switching to different networks, such as mobile hotspot and other wifi and LAN network, still the same problem.

But every time I restart Teams the information will all load out.This method is too inefficientwinver (2).pngp2.pngP1.png

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

    To exclude the client issue, we firstly recommend you try to use Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced.

    If this issue still persist, you could also try to report a problem in Teams client.
