Add and Remove Null Routes

Sometimes, when testing application issues, you may need to limit your device's network connectivity to simulate problems.  You can use this pair of functions (Add-NullRoute and Remove-NullRoute) to ... add and remove null routes in PowerShell.  Both functions will accept mixed
