Create, Configure, and Distribute ConfigMgr Apps with Set-CMPowershellApp

To use the framework to create and configure powershell-based Applications in Configuration Manager, you'll need to be able to write three simple functions: Install-App, Uninstall-App, and Invoke-Detection. The script fills in the blanks (optionally) and handles distribution.
