Currently Windows Server 2012 with Hyper-V keeps as deliverable the Time Synchronization in many needed using the timing via Active Directory (NT5DS).

 

 

To disable the Hyper-v time synchronization, turn off the machine and the virtual machine settings uncheck in management--> IntegrationServices-> Time Synchronization.
