This PowerShell script requires an associated Orchestrator runbook as documented here on my blog. As such, the script is of little to no use without the prior setup of said Orchestrator runbook. The general idea is this - you're an incredibly customer service oriented manager/individual/analyst. You follow up with all of your Affected User's once you've resolved their Incident. But before you mark it as "Resolved" in Service Manager you may want their sign-off either via Email or verbal. As such, you may spend an unreasonable amount of time trying to get a hold of the Affected user once you've solved their issue for said confirmation.
