    • Can you provide some more context of what you want to do? If you are thinking on a way that an end user can modify then, you Will have to build a custom WebPart for that...to get the values of a property bag at any scope, I believe you don't required any specific permissions

      Thanks for the function. It seems to be working well.
      However, at the update function I believe there is a small error.
      The value will always update to "SPSiteColPBagUpdatedValue_2" while it should be $sPropertyBagValue?
