  • MFA - Multi-factor authentication

    • When you have MFA turned on, you need to login and provide 2nd level authentication for every action you attempt. Not sure if there is a way to remember the 2nd level for 14 days like the office portal login?

    • The O365 licensing sku's have changed DRAMATICALLY since 8/7/18. Although this tool was fantastic it is now grossly outdated. If you aren't going to maintain it/update it, remove it please. Thank you
    • My apologies, I see dynamic logic is built-in to the tool which allows it to read new/updated licensing sku's.

  • Active Sync

    • I'm trying to verify the detail of the E3 licenses. My end goal is to determine who can use either outlook on their phone or access their email from their phone. Any suggestions?
    • An active sync report will show you all users connecting using Active Sync. You can also create active sync policies to block connections or quarantine and send notices.

    • Now that the E5 license begins with "MyAnalytics" I suspect the tool will no longer work? When is the update coming?

  • Access denied error
    1 Posts | Last post January 31, 2019
    • I reviewed all old questions and did not see this issue addressed already. I think I have the credentials set up correctly, but cannot access certain reports. I can run All Licensed Users, Users based on License, License Details, Unlicensed Users, and License Vs Usage Summary Report with no problem, but get Access Denied error when running Office365 Groups, All Licensed Users(Includes Last Logon Time), Licensed users not logged in for N days, and Distribution Groups.

      Full error is:
[outlook.office365.com] Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message: Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

      Thank you!

    • I have given it several hours and its still stuck on 'Generating the report..' when looking up All Licensed Users. Tried other options as well and just sits there.

Anyone else having this as well.?
    • I'm seeing the same when I run a report, no errors just spinning and it never generates.
    • Same here no errors just spinning forever

    • The PowerShell files open an external EXE and doesn't run any PowerShell commands. Is there a PowerShell only version available?
