Powershell Function Pads an IP v4 address with leading zeros

Function IPPadded receives as input a standard ipv4 address.  It returns the address with leading leading with our without the dotsfor example assume the ip address is:$ipaddress = ""[string]$ipdots[string]$ipnodotsthe call$ipdots, $ipnodots = ippadded $ipaddress$ipdot
