Check if patch is installed - Many VM vs Many KB

This PowerShell script helps to check if specific Microsoft patches are installed on a computer or not. This is very handy when handling multiple domains and a large number of servers. If there is a zero-day patch released, this leverages the admin's to quick audit the fleet.
