Quick Create Incident

The solution allows you to specify any number of "frequently used" templates that you want to be able to pick from a “fly-out-menu” when creating a new incident. The purpose of the solution is to save time by avoiding the need of going through the "Template Picker".

      template? The goal is to work around the dialog for manually choosing an incident template when you create a new incident.

      I'm don't think this solution can help you out, but to better understand what you're looking for could you describe the feature you're looking for a bit more detailed?
    • To have a menu item that would take incident information and create a knowledgebase article. Similar to the create problem task.
