Attached are three RDL files that can be plugged into SQL Server Management Studio or run directly through SSRS.  The three files are as follows:

 

- "Resource Governor Monitor 2012.rdl" - the main dashboard report for SQL Server 2012 Resource Governor Monitoring

- "Resource Governor Monitor 2008.rdl" - the main dashboard report for SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 R2 Resource Governor Monitoring

- "Current Activity.rdl" - the report that shows current activity each executing request by resource pool.  This report is called directly from the "Resource Governor Monitor 20xx.rdl" reports, and does NOT need to be referenced directly.  This report must live in the same directly as the other two RDL files
