    • I'm pulling files from outlook into a folder on my computer, but it also downloads a picture attachment that is sent with every email. Does anyone know how I could eliminate the picture from being downloaded? Thanks in advance!

    • I run the macro as explained and marked the folder to save the files. Now, how can i download all the attachments, please anyone can guide?
    • First, go into Outlook and select the emails with the attachments you want to download. (For example, I moved them all to a separate folder then Shift+Clicked the entire list of emails.) Once you have the emails selected, then run the macro. The folder you choose is where the attachments will download.
  • This will not collide with other macro's in the OTM

    • If by any chance you have a module with the same name already there will this not give any issues? Would it be easy to rename your module or are there any interal references from other objects?
  • Can I configure the file name?

    • Thanks! Downloading attachment of multiple emails really save my time to download daily sales settlement from Citibank. However, the attachment sent are not with unique file name but only my company name. Can I ask if anyone know how can I append the email date to the downloaded attachment? Or to include some part of the Email subject? This will be more meaningful than the default auto file name now which appends the download date.

    • I realized almost immediately that what I thought was a direction was a subhead of sorts. The macro worked PERFECTLY. What a gift for Thanksgiving!
