The purpose of the solution is to allow the Service Desk console user to send email notifications to other users regarding a particular Service Request. The solution uses standard notification templates and workflows to send the emails. The solution is a dialect of the SendEmail solution which is a part of the Exchange Connector (created by Travis Wright).
