Install and Configure WSUS, including:

• Enabling SSL - assumes that the certificate is already on the system - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633246.aspx
• Configuring the categories and download settings
• E-mail settings
• Custom approvals (approves everything and sets a deadline)
• Custom computer group

One catch is that this doesn't tell the WSUS server that it is configured.  The first time the management console is connected to the server, the configuration wizard show the wizard and Server Manager will have a warning icon that WSUS needs to be configured.
