I understand that you are not able to access your Azure tenant from your system.
This might be as a result of your browser being cached. Try accessing using a different browser, or do this from an Incognito and Inprivate browser.
If you can get the tenant id from the phone, authenticate to the tenant by accessing the URL (portal.azure.com/yourtenantid).
