  • Issue with exiting the program

    • Great program, looking to replace our old call recorder software (Polderbits Call Recorder) which doesn't work under windows 10.
      
      Two issues:
      
      1.
      When exiting the program, task manager shows the call recorder process move from foreground to background process.
      The update program runs (shows as foreground task). Once update has finished the update process closes, but the background process stays running.
      
      To rerun the program I have to force the call recorder background process closed, otherwise running the program produces a brief splash load screen but then nothing.
      
      Any thoughts what might be causing this? have tried on a couple of different computers with different sound hardware. Have closed anything that might be using audio before attempting, but always get the same result.
      
      2. In the Q&A section you noted the default "close" behaviour is to minimize. This doesn't seem to be the case for me. The "close" button does indeed try to close the program, leading to the issue above.

  • Unattended install

  • Application auto stopping

    • Was working absolutely fine, but suddenly it has stopped working.
      Tried to re-install, ran  update.
      
      After launch, application icon appears in system tray and closes momentarily, nothing works then.No clue why application is auto-closing though tried to open it several times.
  • Picking up mic even when muted

    • Hi, just wanted to say that this is a really good application. However, my recording is able to pick up sounds from my microphone even when my mic was muted. This resulted in a lot of white noise and surrounding noise being in the recording as well. They drowned out my client's voice and I could not hear them in the recording. Is there a way to solve this? Thank you
  • Echo in the Recording

    • First of all, great application!! I recorded a conversation, my first one, and when I listen to the playback I sound fine (I hosted the BOC Call Recording), but the person on the other end of the meeting (which was a Google hangout meeting) had a terrible echo and makes it very difficult to make out what they are saying. is this a known problem or is it simply because they used Google hangout as opposed to a legit Skype for Busines meeting?

  • Auto Record Stopped Working After Update

    • Is there a known bug with the current version that doesn't auto record Skype for Business Calls? Installed from Technet, worked great. Closed it and it installed update and now won't auto record. Manual works OK. Tried stopping/restarting SfB client, rebooting. The Registry key for auto record toggles from 1 to 0 when the setting is changed.

      when i hit the record button it keeps saying - its stopped recording and leaves a 1kb file behind with no content.
      
      works on other machines no problems
      
      what is causing this to happen
      
      *the pc has more the 5gb space availabe to save calls by the way.
  • Recording when using deskphone

    • Great app! When using my SFB connected deskphone (which is linked to my desktop app so calls can be made from either but appear on both) it won't record even though the audio device is set to that phone (as it is in the SFB app). the recording triggers but is blank. any suggestions?
    • I'm also experiencing the same issues when trying to record from my desktop VVX phone.  I can select it, and it appears to be recording, but when I listen to it nothing has been recorded.  I'm running BToE 3.6 on the workstation, and the phone is running UC software 5.4.5.8619

      Can you please provide the locksettings path in the registry? Ineed ot reset the password of the settings I as I don't remember what I entered...

      or just use Find "Locksettings" from the menu bar
  • Split audio channels

    • Hello, 
      Would it be possible to add following additional option in the settings: Save IN and OUT audio streams into Right and Left audio channels respectively?
      (Some small Mic and Volume monitoring indicators would be of advantage too... if it wouldn't harm the app performance).
