Keep Project Online data in sync with SharePoint list

This PowerShell script will use the Project Reporting OData API to get all of the published projects in the Project Online PWA Site Collection, then for each project it will create / update a list item on the specified SharePoint list.

  • Running script on schedule

    • Hi Paul,

I have this setup a working as described and would like to get the script to run on a schedule through O365. Original thoughts were to upload the script to the site assets library on PWA and create a scheduled flow to kick it off once a day. I was not able to find a solution for this without creating an Azure Automation environment. Do you have any ways of running this automatically from O365 using PowerAutomate, PowerApps or any other tool?

    • By update-run script it doesn't update but just create a new-item ("old-item" is also still on the list)? Is any special setting needed in list/ site?. I've downloaded the script and adjusted only item names and ofcourse the url/login/etc-info.
