Generates Lync CDR CSV
This script is used to generate a report on Lync/Skype for Business call detail records. By doing so it joins records between the LyncCDR database and the QoEMetrics database to give full insight to the call destionation and quality. Additionally to reduce query strain There is an option to report on employee's related to a reporting manager. Also, the data is corrected for response group calls as they appear in reverse order call flow within the database. By default the CDR is exported to the desktop.
